Appendix Cancer Awareness

Our mission is to encourage, support and advocate for those living with and affected by rare forms of cancer, such as peritoneal carcinomatosis (PMCA) and to raise public awareness and funding to aid in the research and treatment of these diseases.

If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with PMCA or another rare form of cancer, please contact us to find out if you are eligible to apply for financial support.

Watch as Tim shares his journey

To learn more about how this organization began, watch all about Tim and his journey here.

We aim to offer encouragement to others by sharing Tim’s journey with PMCA and to provide a glimmer of hope to thos who need it most.

It is our goal to deliver financial support to patients and their families as they seek critical medical opinions and treatment for PMCA and other rare forms of cancer.

We are committed to funding research of PMCA and to giving others the opportunity to be properly diagnosed, educated and treated.

I look forward to the time when I can pay forward your generosity, and bring someone the hope, peace of mind, and relief you have brought me in dealing with this cancer. The two little words – thank you -will never seem like enough.

I feel that the Wesley’s and their web site helped to save my life. Their knowledge (shared on their web site) and their personal support was invaluable. We owe them a debt of gratitude that we can never fully repay.

I will always be grateful to Tim and Denise for their pioneering effort in refusing to give up in the face of a dire prognosis. Without them, my future would have been dim indeed. Thank you so much, Tim and Denise!
